	Anthony Farhat, President of PGI Homes, started with the company 14 years ago sweeping job sites and moving material. Anthony is the lead contact for every customer building a PGI Home. He personally meets with every customer and is active in all daily operations. Throughout Anthony's career with PGI Homes he has received several awards, including "Young Entrepreneur of the Year" and "Top 40 under 40" business leaders in Southwest Florida. Anthony holds Florida License SL3155404

	Tim Farhat is a Certified Florida Building Contractor, he has 24 years of contracting experience with an expertise of custom residential projects. Tim holds Florida License CBC1258310.

	Design Director, Tia Farhat has 7 years experience working with customers to create their custom PGI Home. A florida native, Tia has a Visual Merchandising BA from Florida Gulf Coast University. Tia holds Florida License SL32143467.

	Scott Moore, the chief CAD designer of PGI Homes, is also a Certified Florida Building Contractor with over 33 years experience drafting custom homes in Southwest Florida. Scott holds Florida License CBC040776.

	Kevin Hardegree, PGI Homes Construction Administrator, has managed over 1,000 residential projects in Southwest Florida over the past 23 years. Customers frequently express Kevin's overwhelming level of experience as a significant factor in choosing PGI Homes to build their new home.

	PGI Homes does not have "sales people," in lieu of that typical experience we have a non-commisioned Model Center Administrator that greets our customers, handles day to day objectives for the company/brand, and coordinates all new customers to meet personally with Anthony Farhat. Susanne Stamer has held this position for over 6 years. Originally born in Germany, then spending much of her childhood in Mexico, Susanne brings her trilingual communication skills to our company that many of our overseas customers find beneficial; She speaks fluent English, German, and Spanish.

	The youngest member of our company and family is Andria Farhat. She holds the title of Social Media Administrator, leading our persistent communication effort with our existing and prospective customers. Andria uses modern media tools like Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter to keep our long distance customers thoroughly informed of their construction progress. We believe constant communication and information is essential to a successful relationship and experience. Andria is a Florida native, she graduated from the University of Florida in 2009 and currently attends Palm Beach Atlantic University as a student in the Doctor of Pharmacy program. GO GATORS!

	The Founding Member of PGI Homes is Rocky Farhat. After spending 30 years building custom homes throughout Southwest Florida and mentoring his two sons Anthony and Tim to join the industry for the second generation, Rocky finally retired from homebuilding in 2005. He still holds Florida License SL410165 and now serves as president of Kingsway Country Club and as a partner in the largest real estate brokerage firm in Charlotte County Florida, RE/MAX Anchor Realty. As a father and grandfather, Rocky is particularly fond of his work with his two favorite charities; All Children's Hospital and The Children's Miracle Network.
